Our message today is part of the Grow series, "Branching out: Clean or UnClean?," based on Acts 10:1-20. The Takeaway: Peter had a static understanding of what was clean and unclean. Our discipleship is not static but dynamic. Our repentance, our life of faith, is our joyful response to God's activity. God reaches out to us with the free gift of acceptance and love. In the end, it is God who chooses to offer grace, not us. God chose to move in Cornelius' life. Peter was only to respond to God's actions.
