Our message today is part of the Grow series, "Branching out: Culture Clash," based on Acts 15:1-11, 19-21. The Takeaway: The Christian church was expanding to people who had not been welcome before. People from different traditions and cultures were finding their way into the church, and it was inevitable that the different cultures would clash. The young church in Jerusalem had to distinguish between what was essential to the faith and what was not. How does the church relate to different cultures while staying faithful to Jesus?
